This document outlines the protocols for order processing, shipping, and delivery for products purchased from Ele Coffee Company.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Ele Coffee Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is imperative that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
